SUNSPOT MONITORING – MARCH 11, 2018

Here are today’s solar images taken from Al Sadeem Observatory, March 11, 2018. The sky was clear but experienced moderate and strong air turbulence making the seeing and transparency average to poor at the time these images were taken.

SUNSPOT MONITORING – MARCH 2, 2018

No solar images were taken today, March 2, 2018, due to unfavorable weather condition at the proposed time of observation. Solar activity remains at very low levels over the past 24 hours. Further structure decay was observed in the lone visible sunspot group AR2700.

SUNSPOT MONITORING – MARCH 1, 2018

No solar images were taken today, March 1, 2018, due to unfavorable weather condition at the proposed time of observation. Solar activity remains at very low levels over the past 24 hours. The lone visible sunspot group AR2700 has further decayed in structure; now obtains a single (unipolar) spot configuration.
