1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using alsadeemastronomy.ae, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Account Registration To purchase telescopes or book Observatory tours, you must create an account.

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old. Parents or guardians may create accounts for minors but are responsible for that minor's activity.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Purchase of Telescopes (E-Commerce)

• Pricing: All prices are listed in AED (Dirhams) and include 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) as per UAE regulations, unless stated otherwise.
• Orders: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability or errors in pricing or description.
• Shipping: Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
• Warranty: Telescopes are subject to the manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to the specific warranty certificate included in the product packaging.

4. Observatory Tours & Stargazing Experiences

• Booking: A booking constitutes a binding contract. You will receive a confirmation email/e-ticket which must be presented (digitally) upon arrival.
• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your tour via your account dashboard up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Rescheduling requests made later than this period may be subject to a fee or forfeiture of the ticket.
• Weather Policy: Stargazing is weather-dependent. Al Sadeem Astronomy reserves the right to cancel a tour due to adverse weather conditions (e.g., heavy clouds, sandstorms) up to 2 hours prior to the event. In the event of a cancellation by us, you will be offered a reschedule option or a full refund.
• Conduct: Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the Observatory staff. Disruptive behavior that endangers other guests or the equipment will result in immediate removal from the premises without a refund or penalty for the damage.

5. Website Content and Intellectual Property The website features astronomical visuals, insights, and educational information.

• Ownership: All content, including text, graphics, logos, and images ("Content"), is the property of Al Sadeem Astronomy or its content suppliers and is protected by UAE copyright laws.
• Usage: You may view and download the Content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our astronomical images without express written permission.

6. User-Generated Content If you post reviews, photos, or comments on our site:

• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for marketing purposes.
• You agree not to post content that is offensive, illegal, violates public morality, or infringes on third-party rights.

7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Al Sadeem Astronomy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or services, including but not limited to injuries sustained during Observatory tours (except where caused by our gross negligence).
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
